Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Dr. Parva graduated Magna Cum Laude from Westminster College and received his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. Graduating in the top 10% of his class, Dr, Parva was elected as a member of the medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha. He completed his General Surgery Residency at Temple University Hospital and his Plastic Surgery Residency at Indiana University Medical Center. Dr. Parva was also a Plastic Surgery Research Fellow at the University of Pittsburgh.

Sarah Safa MS, PA-C is a Certified Physician Assistant, Aesthetic Specialist. Sarah practices with Dr. Behzad Parva, at Parva Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery in Loudoun County, VA. Sarah’s advanced training includes a wide variety of ablative and non-ablative aesthetic procedures that compliment the work of Dr. Parva and assist those wanting a non-surgical approach to self-improvement. Petra Lipski, Patient Coordinator
Petra relocated to Northern Virginia with her family in August 2001 and has been working with patients in a plastic surgery practice since 2006. When you need to schedule a cosmetic or a reconstructive surgical procedure Petra will be delighted to coordinate all the details and make the process an enjoyable and stress free experience for you. Stephanie has been with Parva Plastic Surgery, in Leesburg for 7 years focusing on assisting patients with financial concerns and guiding them through the insurance process. She brings to the position her background in Accounting and Finance as well as strong analytical skills and a passion to assist patients. She strives to both educate patients on their insurance benefits as well as walk them through what to expect. Her favorite part of being a medical assistant is spending time with patients on a one-on-one basis.
