Breast Reconstruction Implant

This is a 44 year-old woman with atypical changes in the left breast and a strong family history of breast cancer. She had bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies with tissue expander placement. Five months later the expanders were replaced with 500cc moderate plus profile silicone gel implants and 5 months later had bilateral nipple reconstruction.
