This 39 year-old young woman with 2 children, 5-2 and weight of 122lb. was unhappy with her post pregnancy body proportions. Her left breast was slightly smaller. She had a subpectoral breast augmentation with midrange style 371cc silicone gel implants through an inframammary approach. She is seen 3 months after surgery with increased confidence levels, feeling balanced and loving the her new cup size C/D from an A cup.
