This 27-year-old young woman, 5’2 and 110lbs. wanted to improve her breast volume. She had a subpectoral breast augmentation with an inframammary approach with a moderate-profile 304cc implants. She is seen 4 years post op and said the surgery was one of the best decisions she has made.
