This 40 year-old mother wanted to balance her body proportions through breast augmentation surgery after 4 pregnancies left her with significant volume loss in her breasts. She is 5-5 and weighs 140lb. She had a subpectoral breast augmentation with midrange style 421cc silicone gel implants through an inframammary incision. She is seen 3 months post op and measuring a 36D from her previous 36A cup size. The patient is delighted with her balanced body proportions.
