This young 48 year-old mother was disappointed with the smaller breast size and lower position after having her 2 children. She is 5-3 and 145lb. She had a breast lift and a subpectoral breast augmentation. The moderate profile 375cc saline implants were filled to 420cc on the right and 400cc on the left. She is 16 months after surgery with a more youthful figure that reflects her active lifestyle.
